JIFFY RAISIN LOAF 
3/4 c. seedless raisins
Hot water
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Rinse raisins in hot water and drain. Combine with Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Beat egg slightly and add to milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on wire rack before slicing.
