HOT CHEESE DIP (MICROWAVE) 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. processed American cheese, cubed
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. milk
2 drops red pepper sauce

Mix all ingredients in 1 quart casserole, microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese melts, 5 or 6 minutes, stirring to blend well once or twice during cooking serve with corn chips or snack crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
