ALPHA PHI'S INTERNATIONAL SUNDAE 
1 chicken stewed, cool, debone and cut in sm. chunks
Rice - cooked in broth until tender
Chow mein noodles
Diced onions
Diced celery
Diced water chestnuts
Diced raw tomatoes
Grated Cheddar cheese
Chunk pineapple, drained
Flaked coconut
Chopped nuts
Chopped maraschino cherries
Gravy made from extra broth or soup undiluted

Lightly flour and brown chunks of chicken - keep warm - have cooked rice warm and gravy or soup hot.

Set out all ingredient buffet style. Let each person take plate and build sundae in this order: 1. Rice. 2. Chicken. 3. Chow mein noodles. 4. Cover with gravy or soup. 5. Diced onions. 6. Diced celery. 7. Diced water chestnuts. 8. Diced tomatoes. 9. Cover with more gravy or soup. 10. Grated cheese. 11. Chunk pineapple. 12. Flaked coconut. 13. Chopped nuts. 14. Maraschino cherries.

DO NOT stir or mix, take each bite as it comes on the stacked sundae. The amounts needed will be according to the number of people being served. DIFFERENT, BUT GOOD!
