CHICKEN INTERNATIONAL 
1 med. sized fryer cooked and boned
2 c. green noodles, cooked and drained
5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
4 oz. can pimentos, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
6 oz. can evaporated milk
2 c. grated sharp cheese, cheddar
2 cans of cream of chicken soup

Remove skin from chicken; cool. Cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Fill greased casserole 2/3 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
