APPLE JEWISH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
3 lg. apples, peeled, cored and cut in wedges
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. sugar

Put first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix. In a separate bowl put apples, cinnamon, and sugar mix coating apples well. In a greased tube pan alternate layers of batter and apples. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
