CHILI BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 pouch onion mushroom soup mix (dry)
1 1/2 c. water
1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
2 tbsp. chili powder
Cheddar cheese, shredded

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef with garlic until browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir in soup mix, water, tomatoes and chili powder. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
