CHILI BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
onion
2 cans minestrone soup (do not drain)
1 can Bush's mild chili beans (do not drain)
1 can diced tomatoes or 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans tomato juice (11.5 oz.)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 cans of water (soup cans)

Brown the hamburger with the onion and drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

Note: Salt and pepper hamburger while browning if desired.
