HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) partially thawed hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Place in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until hash browns have turned brown on top.
