4 c. instant mashed potatoes, made up
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. chopped onions

Beat the egg, add the Philadelphia cream cheese, and onions to the egg. Mix the egg, cheese and onions into the mashed potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
