BLACKBERRY PIE | |
3 c. fresh blackberries 12 packets Equal 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 recipe plain pastry 1/2 c. fructose 2 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Butter Buds, dry Combine berries, fructose, Equal, flour, lemon juice and salt. Line pie pan with pastry; add filling; sprinkle with Butter Buds; add top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 minutes longer. Makes one 9-inch pie. |
