CHINESE DINNER 
1 lb. round steak cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 c. or 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. green pepper cut in 1 inch squares
1/2 c. green onions cut diagonally into 1 inch slices
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Brown beef in oil. Add vegetables, soup, soy sauce. Blend water and flour to thicken mixture. Serve over rice.
