CHOCOLATE GRASSHOPPER CUPS 
CHOCOLATE CUPS:

8 oz. semi sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter

GRASSHOPPER PIE FILLING:

2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cream de menthe
1 c. heavy cream

CUPS: Melt chocolate in double boiler over simmering water. Carefully coat the inside of a cupcake paper by pulling the melted chocolate up the cup with the bakc of a spoon. Place in muffin tin until hard. Chill.

FILLNIG: Melt marshmallows in milk. Add creme de menthe. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in cooled marshmallow mix. Fill chocolate cups.
