BEAR POT ROAST | |
1 (4 to 6 lb.) bear roast MARINADE: 2 c. beef broth 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 lg. onion, sliced thin 1/2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. paprika Place all ingredients in deep bowl to marinate. Turn roast at least twice to cover. Marinate overnight. Add all ingredients to crock pot or Dutch oven and cook on low setting 1 hour per pound or until tender. |
