LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. water
2 cans tomato soup
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. plain lasagna
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pt. cottage cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 pkgs. sliced Mozzarella

Brown first 3 ingredients together. Add oregano, water, tomato soup, and vinegar to browned meat and simmer 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles in salt water with cooking oil.

Combine sauce mixture with cottage cheese. In 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish arrange 3 layers alternately; layers of noodles, cottage cheese and meat sauce, and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and Mozzarella cheese will be easier to cut.
