KEITH'S LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 med. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 qt. tomatoes
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and pepper; add chuck and brown. Drain. Add tomatoes and simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Add tomato soup and sauce, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Boil lasagne noodles. In baking dish, place a little sauce in bottom, then noodles, then cheese; keep layering until full. On top, add sauce, Mozzarella, and Parmesan. Bake until top is light brown.
