BETH'S OWN LASAGNA 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1 can tomato paste
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. pkg. lasagna noodles
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream

Brown beef and onions (drain). Add tomato paste, sauce and water. Add bay leaves, all spices, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer 45 minutes. Remove bay leaves and add mushrooms. Prepare noodles according to package directions.

Mix all the cheese and sour cream together in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Layer items in this order, noodles;, cheese mixture, sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
