LASAGNA ROLLS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 (1/3 oz.) pkg. onion soup
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 hard rolls

Cook ground beef until brown. Drain; add tomato sauce, dry soup, and herbs. Cook, covered, over low heat 5 minutes, then uncover 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile in bowl, combine egg and cheeses. Cut top off of rolls and spoon out middle. Spoon 1/2 meat mixture, then cheese and remaining meat. Place top on rolls; wrap with foil. Heat at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
