SUMMER FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
1 pt. strawberries
2 c. canteloupe
2 c. honey-dew melon
4 c. red or green seedless grapes
4 c. watermelon
2 oranges

Wash fruit. Pull stems from strawberries, halve them or leave them whole, as desired. Slice canteloupe and melons into wedges or ball with a melon scoop. Remove grapes from stems. Mix canteloupe, melons, and grapes in a large glass bowl or in a halved and hollowed watermelon. Gently add strawberries. Drizzle fresh orange juice over fruit mixture. Mix gently, but well, making sure all fruit is coated with juice. Garnish with a few strawberries. Best served same day, will keep for 2 to 3 days in airtight container. Serves 8 to 10.
