SUMMER JELLO - FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. Jello (cherry, strawberry, mixed fruit)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, reserve juice
2 containers Cool Whip

Mix Jello and cream cheese with a fork. (Mash up cream cheese.) Add boiling water. Mix well until dissolved. Add reserved juice from fruit cocktail (add enough water to make 1 cup if necessary). Mix well.

Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Remove from refrigerator and add fruit cocktail and stir in Cool Whip. Mix well - return to refrigerator until very thick and fluffy. Serve chilled from refrigerator.
