CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 can corn beef
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery
1/2 c. stuffed olives
1 c. green pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Cool Jello and add mayonnaise, celery, olives and green pepper. Refrigerate until Jello is set. Then cut in squares.
