HAM PAPRIKASH 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. uncooked egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped, green onions
1 lb. cooked ham, cubed (approximately 1 3/4 c.)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. beef broth

In a 10 inch skillet, melt butter. Add onions and mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes. Add ham and seasonings and cook another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place uncooked noodles on top of mixture. Pour broth into skillet; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in sour cream and heat. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. About 455 calories per serving.
