STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. head of cabbage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1 sm. can kraut
1 med. can tomato sauce
Chopped onions (to own taste)
UNCLE BEN'S® rice (cooked for 1 serving)

Brown ground beef and pork. Cook large head of cabbage in boiling water, until soft. Add salt, pepper and parsley flakes and onions to meat mixture. Cook rice and add to meat mixture. Take the cabbage leaves and stuff them. In a baking dish, put the cabbage rolls and add the kraut and put tomato sauce over them. Bake in oven at 350 degrees.
