CONFETTI SOUP 
10 c. water
2/3 c. rice
1/4 c. lentils
2 med. carrots, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. or 1 can corn
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Miso (or soy sauce)

Put all of the ingredients in a 5 quart pot. Bring to boil. Simmer for 1-2 hours.
