CHICKEN CONFETTI 
2-3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
Salt to taste
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, cooked
1/4 tsp. cardamon
2 oz. jar sliced pimentos, diced
Rice

Warm soup until smooth. Add cardamon and blend thoroughly. Add cubes chicken. Then add the remainder of the ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
