SPINACH "JAN" 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Cook together the spinach and onion for 7 minutes; drain. In another pot, melt butter and cream cheese (break up cream cheese in pieces) on low fire with lid on pot. Put drained spinach in buttered casserole dish, dot the cream cheese mixture over the spinach. Top the cream cheese with the herb stuffing. Add a few pats of butter on top of stuffing; bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
