HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. cooked noodles
2 c. ham or ham patties, cubed
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 (1 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed. Return drained noodles to kettle; stir in ham, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
