SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's chicken broth
1 lb. seashells meat
4 med. potatoes, cubed and precooked
1 can white corn
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1 c. cream

Saute onions in butter, add flour, broth, water, milk, potatoes, and corn. Heat until hot. Add cream and meat. Heat thoroughly and serve.

Seashells is a brand name. About 50% snow crab, 35% pallock, etc.
