DRAGON LADY'S TUNA CASSEROLE
This recipe is a combination of my moms recipe and my ex mother in law's... My kids favorite!!

3 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna (drain 2 on top of dogs food bowl)
1/2 (12 oz.) bag Dutch egg noodles (preferably wide ones)
3 (10 oz. ea.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
regular potato chips, crushed (optional; I like Lay's)

Boil egg noodles according to package directions.

While they are boiling dump tunas and mushroom soups together and stir all up in a large casserole dish. Drain noodles and add to casserole dish. Mix it all up well.

You can also crush up and mix in some potato chips (2 handfuls). Then put some crushed chips on top.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until chips are golden.

I would have given it a 5 but had to change the soups to one cream of chicken and cream of celery and it turned out wonderful. Hubs is on a restricted diet so no potato chips. We used Ritz crackers crushed on top. Turned out great!
