IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
Vanilla to taste
1 (8") baked pie shell

Combine 1 cup sugar, flour and cocoa in small mixing bowl. Melt butter in iron skillet; add sugar mixture, stirring well. Beat egg yolks; add milk, beating well. Add milk mixture to butter mixture gradually, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add vanilla; cool. Spoon filling into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding remaining sugar gradually. Spread meringue over filling. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until meringue is browned. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
