BROCCOLI AND ACINE DI PEPE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. bunch broccoli, cut up and blanched
1 c. Acine Di Pepe, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 lg. chopped onion
Chopped green or red peppers (optional)
1 sm. can ripe sliced olives, drained (optional)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper and Lawrey's Seasoned Salt to taste

Blanch and drain broccoli, pre-cook and drain Acine Di Pepe. Mix all together and put in oblong or large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
