CREAMED POTATOES 
Heat:

2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. milk
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Blend ingredients well and stir and cook over medium heat until starts to thicken (about 15 minutes).

Slice 4-8 potatoes and put 1/2 potatoes in buttered casserole. Add 1/2 sauce, rest of potatoes and remaining sauce. Bake 350 degrees until done, approximately 45 minutes.
