NEW POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM 
18 new potatoes
2 sm. onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Wash potatoes; cook with jackets on in boiling salted water. Drain; peel. Saute onions in butter until transparent; stir in sugar, salt and flour. Gradually add sour cream and milk; simmer until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vinegar; simmer until sauce bubbles again. Add potatoes; toss into sauce and serve hot. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
