ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
2 lbs. mild Italian sausage
2 onions, sliced
2 lbs. green peppers
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms

Cut sausage into bite sizes and fry until brown. Drain off the fat. Fry onions that have been sliced. Cut peppers and fry with onions, add sausage and tomatoes, tomato sauce and mushrooms until onions and peppers are soft. Pour over rice.
