LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna (as directed, firm but tender)
1 lb. ground beef
2 jars spaghetti sauce (plain or with meat)
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Brown 1 pound ground beef in frying pan and pour off grease. Add 2 jars of spaghetti sauce to ground beef and let simmer while lasagna cooks (add pinch of sugar and cinnamon to curb acid). Drain cooked lasagna.

In a large flat bottomed pan, spread as follows: 1 layer lasagna strips. Cover with thin layer of sauce and meat. Sliced mozzarella cheese. 2nd layer of lasagna. 2nd layer of meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or grated mozzarella. Continue layerings until lasagna and meat sauce are used.

Bake in 350 degree oven about 40 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut through mixture in square portions to serve.
