2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. water

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add the rest, blend well with mixer. Pour into two 9 inch floured cake pans and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
