1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. mayonnaise or Kraft style salad dressing
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in 9 x 13 inch wax paper lined pan (grease and flour pan if serving from pan - omit waxed paper) at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Springs back when touched by finger or thumb.
