6 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Note: Mayonnaise can also be used.

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix. Two 10 inch cake pans, greased and floured or large sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
