2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
