2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water

Sift together flour, salt and cocoa. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Double ingredients for larger cake.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa

Mix and put on cake. Cake should be made in a regular size bundt pan or a 9"x13" oblong.
