MEATBALL TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for hamburger stew
3 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 stalks celery, cut into 1" pieces

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook meatballs in oil in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain. Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water, tomatoes and celery. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Pour into ungreased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake until potatoes are tender, 50-60 minutes. 5 servings.
