MEATBALLS AND VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix and shape into small balls, brown in butter. Cook and drain large package of frozen mixed vegetable. Combine vegetables with 1 can of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning.

Add browned meatballs. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Can also be put in crock pot.
