BRAZILIAN PIZZA 
1 c. milk
2/3 c. oil
10 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 med. tomatoes, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. sliced boiled ham
Oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Blend milk, oil, flour, eggs, salt and Parmesan cheese in blender. Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased 10-inch pie pan. Layer ham, cheese and tomato. Pour remaining half of flour mixture over all. Sprinkle with oregano.

Bake at 375°F for 35-45 minutes until top is golden brown. Great for a luncheon or a quick dinner.
