BRAZILIAN RICE 
3 to 4 c. cooked rice, unsalted
1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked & drained well
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated

In a mixer beat well 4 eggs; add:

1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 scant tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. onion, chopped

Mix all together and put in casserole. Set in 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
