4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 cube butter

Pop 2 large pans of popcorn. In a heavy pan combine sugar and cocoa. Add milk and begin cooking. Add butter. Cook to hard ball stage. Pour over popcorn. Stir well.
