BLUEBERRY KUCHEN 
Flour
Pinch salt
Sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Dash cinnamon
3 c. blueberries
Confectioners' sugar

Combine 1 cup flour, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar. Work in butter with fingers. Mix in vinegar. Use a 9 x 1 1/2 inch springform pan. Spread crust mixture on bottom to depth of 1/4 inch and thinly around side to height of 1 inch.

Combine 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and dash cinnamon. Add 2 cups blueberries. Pour into crust. Bake 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put 1 cup raw berries on top. Cool and remove rim of pan. Dust with 10X sugar. Serves 8.
