EVELYN'S DILL PICKLES | |
1 qt. vinegar 4 qt. water 1 c. canning salt Dill 1/2 tsp. alum per qt. Boil vinegar, water and salt. Pour over pickles in jar. Seal immediately. I add a clove of garlic or a chili pepper. Nice and crunchy. |
