CHRISTMAS SHRIMP | |
8 tbsp. butter 10 tbsp. flour 3 3/4 c. milk 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp 1/2 lb. crabmeat 3/4-1 lb. lobster meat 1. Cut up your fish into normal bite-sized pieces. Combine the shrimp, crab and lobster into 1 bowl and pour the lemon juice over the meat. 2. Make a cream sauce with your butter, flour and milk. 3. When the white sauce is the desired texture, add the mayonnaise very slowly. Blend well. Add the meat and the parsley. Salt to taste. Let cook for several hours on low. Serve over Chinese chow mein noodles. |
