HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Grated cheese for topping
Potato chips, crushed, for topping

Cook chicken breast, dice in small pieces and place in a casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Crumble crushed potato chips on top and bake 20 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
