2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix pudding with milk. Fold in Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture. At last fold in crushed cookies. Save a little crushed cookies for garnish.
