1ST LAYER:

1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed (save a few for top)
1 stick butter

Mix and put in 9"x13" pan.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix and put over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

3 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix pudding with the rest of the Cool Whip. Put this over second layer and cover with remaining Oreos.
